The mother of a teenage girl is accusing Dennis Hopper's 21-year-old son of giving her daughter drugs and alcohol and then raping her.
Henry Hopper met the then-15-year-old girl through a mutual friend in 2011 and began chatting with her on Facebook and inviting her to his home in Venice, Calif., TMZ reported Tuesday, citing legal papers.
In the suit the unnamed mother claims Henry Hopper waited until her daughter, called Jan Doe in court papers, was intoxicated and "engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her," according to TMZ.
The conduct included "sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy," TMZ reported.
The mother is asking for unspecified damages, claiming the alleged rape injured Jan Doe's "emotional health, strength and activity," TMZ reported.
TMZ could not immediately reach Hopper for comment.
