Judge Kenneth Lester has declared that George Zimmerman's motion to have him dismissed from his case is "legally insufficient."
In other words, Lester gave Zimmerman a big old no and is refusing to recuse himself from the case.
Zimmerman's defense team in July accused Lester of favoring the prosecution and sticking to already-formed opinions about Zimmerman's guilt.
Mark O'Mara and Zimmerman's other attorneys asked Lester to recuse himself, accusing him of making "gratuitous, disparaging remarks about Mr. Zimmerman's character."
It took nearly a month for Lester to respond to the motion.
